Initially went in for a belt for a 1992 Ford bronco. I had them look it up on the computer, they gave me the part, it wasn't correct. Returned it, bought a belt that matched the one I had removed previously, still incorrect. I returned and asked the manager, an African American woman who's name I can't recall, if it would be possible to return the belt and size down about a half inch. She refused and told me that it was the belt tensioner arm, so I needed to pay 50 dollars on top of the incorrect belt. I installed the new tensioner arm and it sounded even worse. Returned a final time with my wife since my truck couldn't be limped to the store with it screeching so bad, tried to have her look up the exact size belt I needed. She refused, told me her system didn't work that way, and that it would take way too long to find. I went to O'Reilly's and they had it done in two minutes. Do not waste your time here. They don't know what they're talking about, are rude even when they've wasted your money, and outwardly aggressive even if you have tried to be understanding. I have worked jobs like this in the past and understand it is soul crushing. But in penny pinching and acting rude, they have lost a customer that has spent thousands at Autozone and will continue to spend at any store that isn't this one.
