They did not have the mirror that I needed so she went to go ask her coworker Alex what we should do about the situation Alex‘s response while the customer was still standing in the store was that if you’re not going to fix it the right way you could buy a 2 x 4 mirror and tape it on he seemed to be very sarcastic and almost as if this was a joke to him, instead of wanting to find a resolution for the customer and made some very unprofessional comments leading me to get a refund and choose another location because as someone who works in customer service and is a manager, I would never allow any of my employees to sit there and speak about a customer in the store in that manner that he did he is there to help people and find them a resolution not sit there and make jokes and have his own conversations loudly with his coworkers, cussing and talking about things that aren’t really needed to be talked about at work. He really needs some customer service experience before you guys throw him behind a desk again.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
