  I have come here a few times but this one really was awful. The guy taking payment wouldnt pause the video on his phone. He didnt even acknowledge me until he had gotten to a point he was willing to pause the video he was watching. Then he didnt even greet me. Just said " you know what service you want" then sent me on my way. Ive never had a poor customer service interaction at this location but that was so unprofessional.

  AVOID. I Cancelled last year due to the damage they caused to my vehicle. Attempted to resolve the matter and they would not reimburse me. I cancelled the service and it has been IMPOSSIBLE. They printed a physical receipt that shows I cancelled yet, here I am, still getting charged. I tried having Amex block their charges yet somehow they’re still charging. It’s a nightmare. AVOID this place.

  The car wash is okay if you are NOT looking for a clean car experience. It will do to get the worst of the grime off . It will need to be followed up with quite a bit additional spot cleaning. My running boards, the entire back of my jeep, along with the front end and hood needed a lot of hand wiping with additional cleaners to make it look decent.
