I asked the worker if I could go back through again to get the soap off or if there was a way they could wash it off. He let me go back through again. I just got home and walked around my car. 2 times of going through and my car is still dirty!!! Now I'm out $18 and need to take it somewhere else to get it properly cleaned!!

If they let you run it through for free after a snow storm it may not be a waste of your time. If you have to pay any amount of money just go somewhere else. This place is a joke.
