  The customer service professionalism has declined every since the new manager took over. I use to love going to this store, but now every time I have a question about an item, it seems that the guys there are not willing to help. They will argue with you instead of helping. For instance, I had a question about an oxygen sensor for my vehicle, and I wanted to make sure they had it available, well, the guy that was "helping me" say: your vehicle only has this type of oxygen sensors. I had check the connection twice before going to de store. I went to Advance Autoparts and they were able to help me fast and easy, no arguing they just listening.

  This is the best Auto Zone I've been to so far. The Manager there named Harold was friendly and courteous, and helped me get in and out with exactly what I needed.
