    Staff is always knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. Went to two in one day for an inspection, but neither had an inspector at the time. A vit frustrating, but their staff and service is impeccable.

    They seem to have trouble finding enough people able to do state inspection. Usually I call first after running into this issue a few times. Now they have some fake AI bot answering the phone with fake tool noises in the background. Asked it if the inspector was there and it told me inspector was there during normal business hours. I thought I had better call back and check with an actual person but when asking the bot to speak to a person it would not ring me though and reiterated that an inspector was available. After waiting ten minutes on line I was told the inspector had gone home for the day. The inspection schedule is also not readily apparent on their website.

    Fast and easy to stop by, staff was so friendly, it was safe and comfortable, I will be back every 3,000 miles for my oil change. They even honored the military discount for me as a veteran. 10/10 experience here in the Moncure shop!

    Went in to get an oil change and the service was fantastic! Everyone there was very kind and welcoming and they got through the cars before me as well as my own in really good time. They also were able to identify an issue caused by a different place the last time I got my oil changed. Wonderful service. I could not be more pleased! I will absolutely be back in the future and will be recommending Strickland Brothers in Pittsboro to friends and family!

    Savanna was awesome. They were extremely busy with both oil changes and state inspections. She kept her composure, she smiled the whole time, she was polite, she greeted customers in the line and in a timely manner. She also followed all of her proper procedures for the oil change, including upsells. I would say that she will make a great store manager.
