I can forgive you not sending my paperwork properly to the DMV for months until I got pulled over and told "there's no record of this vehicle and it'll be impounded." I can forgive having to follow up with you many times in order for you to properly submit the paperwork. What I cannot forgive however is giving you 20 grand for a truck that you performed an oil change on and did not replace the center stabilizer tube in the oil filter housing. After 1000 miles the truck popped an engine light for dirty oil, I take apart the filter and there it is. Clear as day you either A) forgot to put the tube back in the housing or B) didn't have the basic mechanical wherewithall to know it was required to be there... Either way, shame on you. Could have bricked the entire engine and likely took thousands of miles off the lifespan. These people are generally good folks that sell cars at decent prices, but holy cow people do your due diligence and be willing to put up with incompetence.
