  If I could 0 stars I would. I was told then I made the reservation with them that my insurance is really good and I could have my pick of what I wanted for a vehicle. I am getting my car repaired in Pittsboro and this location is right next door so seemed conviennent. I arrange a reservation in coordination with my insurance company. When I went to pick up rental after dropping my car off at the collision center they said they thought my reservation was 2pm not 9am even though I had the confirmation. All the had was a Dodge Durango or nissan sentra. The Durango was the closet size but it wasn't yet cleaned and the interior smelled with no SiriusXM services. I was told they would swap me out for a Tahoe they had but needed to get the oil changed and to come back that evening for first thing in the morning. I tried calling 8 times on different days and times and couldn't get through no matter what time I called. I went there 3 separate occasion to swap my car out as I was told to come back each time and they said they had no clue what the previous rep said when I did show up or their systems were down. This location is owned by the Apex, NC one apparently. Additionally the collision center said their systems tie in with the rental car company but they couldn't see my name to coordinate with mu insurance company.....I Rent cars when I travel for work often and just never experienced anything like this. The collision center is great but do yourself a favor and choose a different car rental company and avoid this headache. I am dropping my car off a week early even though mine isnt finished repaid yet as the rear seats in the durango don't recline, no satellite radio and it smells inside as I am driving to FL with my family for a 10 hour drive. My truck is more comfortable than this. Normally we would drive them car on long road trips that being repaired and should have been able to take the rental...A giant waste of my time and effort I should have read the previous reviews before I rented here as I would be driving the rental for three weeks.
