They went above and beyond and cared. When we got to this office on Monday they were friendly and helpful and we were very appreciative. We could not ask for anything more. Great to work with and highly recommend. Good people.

At 8:30 the morning of my 10am pickup I got a call telling me that they do not rent convertibles at this location. Asked the gentleman why I was able to reserve one if they don’t have them. He had no answer.

Completely rude, first encounter called my husband explicit names while he was assisting his sister with her reservation. Then today, refused to rent us the vehicle we had reserved online, due to the previous encounter. At the initial encounter, she provided a false name of Robin, so a complaint couldn’t be filed with corporate. We had already spoken with the district manager prior to our encounter today and was guaranteed to not run into any issues, but unfortunately, now we are having to drive further to pick up a vehicle instead of where the reservation was made. What a way for this enterprise to treat a veteran. 10/10 do not recommend!
