I brought the car back that afternoon and they were able to get it done. Overall, the people were very nice, especially Jason. He went above and beyond. My scrape box came loose a couple of days later and he came to my apartment to assess it. He took my car to the shop and brought it back to my apartment fixed. I truly appreciate the service I received.

I went to Jiffy Lube on PolK St in Pineville, NC for a routine service, and during the process, the technician broke a piece to my wiper blade. I was told at the time that they would take care of the cost to replace it. However, when everything was finished, I was still charged for the damaged part—even though it was clearly broken during their service. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t resolve the issue as promised. ZERO STARS!
