  I have rented from several different enterprises in the Charlotte area and I drive out of my way to come to this location. I have never been disappointed or unsatisfied with my rentals or the customer service. This location should be used as a training hub for some of the other ones that I won’t mention here.

  Andrew is my new personal hero! I had booked with another agency where I was treated quite poorly. I was stranded. I called Enterprise and Andrew had me picked up and in a vehicle in 30 minutes! I will never rent from another agency. This Pineville location offers Stellar service. So grateful!

  I can’t say enough about how exceptional the service I received was. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and patient while dealing with the insurance company for a non-at-fault accident. They truly look out for the best interests of their customers. Even when I returned the vehicle, the young man who was not present during pickup also made was my experience great. It’s refreshing to see that exceptional customer service still exists. Thank you for making this such a great experience.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Heather for her outstanding service. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and it definitely did not go unnoticed.   Reserved a vehicle in February by speaking directly with an agent, not online, so this should have been secure. Three days before our trip, we were told there was a “system glitch” and the vehicle is no longer available. We were also informed the location would be closed. No solutions, no alternatives, no real effort to fix the situation. Wait, they did offer for us to pick it up a day early so I’m like well. Can we have a discount Considering we can’t move until Sunday when everyone comes into town to travel out…nothing. I’ve called Corporate twice And went to the location looking for a solution, nothing To accommodate their mishap. We have eight family members flying in, and our Airbnb and airfare are already paid for out road trip. Now we’re left scrambling at the last minute with no availability anywhere else. This is a major inconvenience and very disappointing. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no customer care when it mattered most. Just three weeks ago I rented a vehicle with them and they were gonna give me a car. They had three hubcaps one missing and they charge me flat rate for gas of 25 which I didn’t Ask for and I filled up the tank. I let it slide because it’s $25 And I was just grateful to have a car to rent, but this isn’t about me. This is me and my family people who have already spent money for a trip that we planned a while back. I’m just very disappointed with this location. And I hope other people have better luck and plan accordingly with backup…
