  Super nice and friendly workers. Needed 2 new tires and an oil change last minute while on a road trip and was able to book an appointment ahead of time so when I got into charlotte I knew the job could get done. They took care of it quick and had me on my way! definitely would recommend.

  I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this business! I have been going to this Mr. Tire Pineville location for many years. The service is excellent. They are always honest with me and upfront about any problems or issues with my car. Josh is the manager at the front desk, and he is so friendly and professional. He's a great guy! He has always gone out of his way to help me get my car serviced, and has tried to get it done in a timely manner. That is not an easy task when places are understaffed in these current times. I appreciate that so very much! To the people complaining and giving bad reviews: Please use some grace and mercy as they are dealing with a lot! Since 2020, the workforce has not been the same with retaining staff and having enough people to fill the jobs. It's not Mr. Tires fault, it is incredibly hard to find enough people to fill these positions. I think this location has done an excellent job at helping people get back on the road safely. They have always been more than kind and helpful as well as conscientious with their rates and service charges. Huge shout out to the younger, slender, service technician who was working alone, (sorry that I didn't get his name) that Saturday I was there. He deserves a reward for all that he does! Have a happy and blessed new year! 🎆🙏

  Mr. Tire is the best. I visited the Pineville location for tire rotations and nail patches previously. Whenever I need assistance they are ready and willing to help so when it came time for new tires, I turned to Mr. Tire. I purchased new tires and am very happy with the recommendation, price and service. I definitely recommend this business.

  Just wanted to give a shout out to mr tire for their excellent customer service. I ordered tires online and had them direct shipped to mr tire. incidentally, I also needed new tire pressure sensors for all four tires. Mr tire employees were kind, polite, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. of course I would like to not buy tires (or sensors) for a while but if I need some in the future I would definitely recommend them for install! thank you mr tire !

  No stars! I called last week to schedule an inspection in Pineville. When I went for my appointment I was told Wednesday isn't one of the days their inspector was there. Calling them is a nightmare. I get some call center (certainly not local) where they don't seem to have my records, even though I've been a customer for many, many years. They have certainly gone downhill over the years. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
