There is no interaction with the customer whatsoever. They replaced a filter that apparently was necessary to replace, but they couldn’t figure out how to put the parts back together, so when I left, there were left on my side door pocket And I found them when I was home the guy that does the paperwork to charge you has the biggest attitude ever I had a $26 coupon and I was still charged $103 so by no means would I ever recommend anyone to go there nor would I ever go back? They need to be taught manners Customer Service goes a long ways thank you very much For asking you have a beautiful day.

Before they changed my oil they told me I needed a new battery. The battery they wanted to sell me was $169. I told them I’d take care of it. After the 70 minute wait he was ready to check me out. He tells me the oil change for a 4 cylinder RAV4 was $115. I replied that the list price was $89 and I was eligible for $25 veteran discount. He starts telling me I ordered full synthetic, that is what he recommends. Finally I get an invoice for $92. He added a bunch of bull shit like supplies and other things to bring the cost up. Avoid this establishment at all cost. After leaving I drove to Advance Auto Parts and after checking the battery I still had life in it.
