  I love how management takes care of the customers concerns without any rebuttal. They truly want to make sure that you’ve had a great experience while renting their vehicles.

  Read everything as far as details online had the two forms of ID the payment and the card with the same name on it then I get there to pick the car up and they tell me I need a third form of ID which I did not bring with me because I thought it was not needed so now I do not have a car and I'm stuck here very unprofessional people work here don't know how site manager got to be a manager because she has no management skills at all and no customer relations skills very disappointed never had this problem before renting from Enterprise matter of fact this location numerous times

  I absolutely love this location. They are always so helpful and make sure I am comfortable and get in what I want. The branch manager Heather & her team is amazing! I’ve worked with almost all of the staff when renting and I wouldn’t switch locations! Best place to rent!

  I booked a rental car almost 15-20 days ahead of the dates for which I wanted the car. It was booked for 2 days and my booking was confirmed. Finally, an evening before my date of rental, these people wake up from their sleep and call me to tell me that they can’t give me the car because my driver’s license expires after 20 days of me “RETURNING THE CAR” and since it is valid for less than 30 days “AFTER I RETURN MY CAR” they can’t rent me the car. Seriously? I have a valid DL during my rental period how does it matter after my rental period when my license expires. All the more, when I called enterprise customer care, they clearly told me there is no such rule. Despite telling this to store’s people what customer service told me, they were adamant to not give me the car. Customer service then emailed area manager and he told us that you can come to my store and I have a car and I can rent you one. He gave us the car. Same company different rules or maybe just a way to trouble customers that too an evening before. Why did they confirm my booking in the first place ?
