  This place has been consistently great!! Service always done correctly! They are a nice group of guys who really do want to help you! I’ll be back with both cars. Donnie helped me today and did a good job and was friendly ! Most of all they are HONEST!! That’s hard to find

  Mavis Oxford is the best. Always helpful and give you the straight info. Had to get a tractor tire valve replaced and gave them a call. Brought the tire and valve up and the replaced no charge. Shout out to Grant and team for a quick repair. We've come to them for brakes and tires. Always professional and trustworthy. They go the extra mile to be part of the community.

  Donnie is a beast! Front struts, two new tires, and alignment in an hour. The staff was respectful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Will gladly come back to show them some love next time any of my vehicles need work. Thanks guys!

  I'm self employed, so for me, time is money. I don't normally get out to Oxford NC but I was working in the area. Grant and the crew did a great job servicing my work truck while I grabbed a late lunch at the Mexican restaurant nearby. The work was done right and in a timely manner. I think the price I paid was very reasonable. I would recommend this establishment.

  We brought in our vehicle to get a new set of tires. The vehical had 4 new tires installed the alignmemt done and and the tires balanced. Once we got up to speed a few days later, the whole vehical was shaking. We returned the vehical and Grant from the Durham location was working Oxford. He said the balance wasn't done right and that all 4 tires needed to be balanced. When we returned to pick up the vehical I noticed that none of the dots on the tires were in the proper location per the manufacturs recommendations. The yellow dot should be at the valve stem. I then started to inspect the weights on the tires. We had so many weights all over the tires it didnt make any sense. I spoke with Grant about it and he said that he's installed thousands of tires like this. I asked him "you've installed thousands of tires out of spec from the manufacturers recommendations?" To wich he answered "yes". He said it didnt matter as long as you balanced it after. He then told me that both the rims on the right side are bent. I did a visual inspection once I got home, this wasn't true and I have video and will be providing it to corporate. While doing the visual inspection I found weights scattered everywhere all over the rim in the video. He did tell me that he is there to help train the staff due to consistent issues with installs. He also said he has had 4 people quit in the past week. This install balance correction was done by Grant and he didnt correct the issues with the install. He only bandaged the issues. One of the weighs was even hanging over the lip of the rim. Any road debris will knock this weights off the rim and we will have balance issues again. Grant was disgruntled and said that "I dont want to be here either" after the statements about others quitting. When we were looking over the issues of the install he said he could fix them. I let him know I dont feel comfortable with him touching my vehical again. I asked him about Mavis tires and asked if I could take it to another location to have them fix the issues. He said yes they are a corporate company and other locations will honor any warranty. I will be contacting corporate on monday.
