This was a blessing as I had a family trip scheduled for today, and I didn’t want to have to delay it a day. Ken didn’t try to pressure me in getting anything else done. By doing so (plus the friendly service), they have earned a return customer in the future! Thanks Again, Ken! I truly appreciate the great service today!

The gentleman at the front register had asked if I would do a review and I was happy to since everyone was very nice and certainly seemed knowledgeable. I brought my truck in because I had a flat tire and was running on the spare. I asked them to fix the tire if possible(I'm aware some tires just can't be repaired). They could not find a leak in the tire and I dismissed the flat as a stuck air valve. I asked if they could rotate my tires while I was there and they didn't have any issue and only ended up charging me for the rotation which was great. Unfortunately after the review was written one of the people had me go talk to a guy smoking a cigarette inside the bay(I'm not OSHA so I don't care). This gentleman told me that he could not mount my spare tire because the mount will not come down without the weight of the tire. I ended up leaving with my spare tire still in the back of my truck and my leaky tire on the front instead of the back. Now I'm back to having a flat tire in the front and the spare in the bed of the truck. Definitely will not recommend this store nor will I return for more services.
