But if you don’t check over their work stuff can happen even if it’s just minor, in my case. The carpet under my that you have to take off to change the oil is ripped and now missing. There was no replacement washer on my drain plug, there was one there before. Wheels were over tightened. I would like to say my car is kept fairly clean but this made me upset. I would like to show y’all pictures

I went to Mavis strictly based on the reviews I found online. I spoke to 3 different employees during my time there and each of them were amazing. I hope I never need to visit a tire store again while on vacation, but if I do, I would absolutely head back to Mavis.

The technician clearly explained the pricing on new tires and reassured me that I still had plenty of tread left. In the end, I chose not to purchase a new tire since I had a full-size spare and the ability to repair it myself. They even swapped in my spare at no charge. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism.
