  I had a tire go bad on my 2024 Hyundai Sante Fe, halfway through our vacation travels, that was covered under warranty and Mavis made the whole process as easy as could be. Jim was 100% professional with the whole process from ordering the tire to installation. Thank you Jim and your staff for getting me back on the road to finish our vacation run safely. Awesome job!!

  Cory offered great customer service, and helped me order the appropriate tire for my vehicle which arrived in less than 24 hours of placing my order. Also Ben did a great job at putting the tires on my car and even rotated the two new tires that I needed to the front of my vehicle. Would recommend

  My wife and I traveled over 6 hours to the beach at Ocean Isle, NC; and as we arrived I heard a grinding sound in the rear of the vehicle. We drove around for a day in the area and the noise got louder. I found out that Mavis had a shop right there at Ocean Isle, which is who I use back home in Georgia. I scheduled on line and when I arrived Corey greeted me like he knew me. I left it with him expecting to be contacted that afternoon. It didn’t seem like more than 2 hours and he called telling me the vehicle was ready. Upon arriving back at Mavis, I paid and then he had the mechanic (JON) personally come in and explain everything that he had done. Great customer service and very professional! The vehicle stops just like when it was new, Awesome work Jon!

  Had a low tire pressure light come on for my mom’s vehicle. We took it into Mavis for the first time. Corey and Ben were excellent at answering my questions, educating me on my options and making the experience great. I had them quote the cost of-a new set of tires and I found them to be quite reasonable! Stop in and see the whole team at Mavis in OIB.

  I took my van in on 12/23 for a tire losing air. They said they couldn't find any problem, so they didn't charge me. The tire was fine after that, so maybe it was something to do with the valve cover. Today I took my van back for a different tire. Again, the tire was fine, but the rim was flaking. They cleaned it, and sprayed it, and again, they didn't charge me for any tire repair. They could've told me anything, and I wouldn't have known any different, but they were HONEST. That's something you don't see very often in the car repair industry.
