  Fantastic- no wait later in evening and superb staff. Ok so oil prices have caused this service to be more expensive but the personnel and customer service are exceptional.

  Rear tires low pressure (30), front ones okay(35). Had the Rear tires checked, air added. Tires okay.

  have always had terrific service here. greeted with smiles from the employees and was well-informed on everything they were doing throughout the service. sarah has done my oil changes the last few times and she is great! will be returning for all my future oil changes.

  Went to Ocean Isle beach NC for the yearly inspection. Waited an hour and they were insisting I give them my email and phone no. When I refused the manager got angry and told me I needed wiper blades and would fail my vehicle if I didn’t get them. I looked out in the shop and they were already pulling off my old wiper blades without giving me a price or asking permission. When I went back to pay they then added headlights and exhaust on fails. I used the wipers that morning and they are fine. I went over the exhaust for leaks. NONE. I checked the headlights at night. They’re fine. These people want to push you to get extras . Horrible people .

  First, let me start by saying I waited about an hour just to get an oil change, even though there were only three cars ahead of me, and then another 25 minutes for the service itself. While I was there, they repeatedly tried to upsell me on additional services. I understand employees are trained to do this, but after declining several times they continued to push more expensive oil options and explain why I “needed” them. I’m a woman, but that doesn’t mean I don’t understand my own vehicle. During the oil change, the employee who was assisting me walked inside the building simply to chat with another worker, leaving the technician underneath my car waiting to complete the test. Since he wasn’t there to pour the oil in or tell me to start the vehicle, another employee tried to step in and help. They instructed me to start my car, which I did. Immediately my dashboard began alarming that my oil pressure was low and continued for the entire 30-second test. This has never happened before with my vehicle. The original employee finally came back outside after finishing his conversation. When he learned what had happened, he yelled at the employee who tried to help, saying they should not have done that because there was no oil in the car yet. So my vehicle was started and run for about 30 seconds with no oil in the engine. Despite this being their mistake, I was still charged full price, and there was no apology, no discount, and no attempt to make the situation right. My husband even went back and spoke with the manager about what happened, and they still did not apologize or offer to make it right. Running a car without oil, even briefly, can cause serious engine damage, and the lack of accountability was extremely concerning. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.
