I had mislaid the coupon and took one of our cars in. They refused to honor the $15 off. So now I refuse to ever go back. Clearly, in their records in their database, they have all of the changes they did for us. They should’ve honored it

They were nice but I heard them laughing at me as I'm looking up the headlight I need. Im still going to use them but it hurts my feelings for no reason P.S. am I legally required to have an email address to pay for service? They told me I had to have it or they couldn't let me pay. I got no real answer and had to use an email that I don't use. I honestly don't use email at all unless required. But how can I be denied service because I don't have an email? I will be continuing to inquire for a conclusive answer. I shouldn't have to have an email for an oil change or inspection .
