Both times they have broke something else on our car and charged us for it, even after admitting to us THEY are the ones who broke it. Tried to charge us $100 to replace a headlight bulb that cost $2, told us we needed an oil change even though we literally just got one on that car and to top it off, they left our car outside not locked after hours without the key even in the car. Luckily someone was there give us our key that was locked inside their building, but if we didn't get there as fast as we did after they gave us a call, our car would of been on their lot UNLOCKED. When they handed us the key they laughed it off as if it wasn't a serious matter saying "I'll talk to him tomorrow about it, its my son." What a joke of a place to have such a good rating, don't recommend anyone coming here at all due to their scam tactics for anyone not knowledgeable about cars and poor customer service.

You do not have to worry about having 'other problems" coming up, when you take your car in for service or repair. How many times have you been to a car dealer for an oil change and walk away with a $500 bill?? Not at Frog Pond Performance. You will receive fair, honest and reliable service, at an affordable rate.
