  I drive over 20 minutes just ti come to the oak ridge shop because I enjoy how fast they are and their great customer service however the last few times I have been there for oil changes and my inspection I was not greeted by one of the techs Corey he was rude and very short with me and he is who has taken care of me my last two visits he seems to always be irritated with me and this is definitely one of those things that would keep me from coming back here however Mikey and terry are always very friendly and ask me if there is anything else I need done or need help with

  Came over at 5:15 and the inspector greeted me to indicate he was leaving for the day and that no other state inspections would be done. You might want to call ahead to ensure that they are truly keeping their posted hours for inspections

  Had a good experience here!!! Micheal was informational you could tell they cared about meeting the needs of my car and the service was fast go check them out!!!

  I understand a bad day, but my experience today has been so grossly unprofessional. I arrive to the store at 8am. No one comes out. Wait till 8:26 for someone to finally come out. But instead of starting my oil service, they came out to tell me that no other employee was here besides them, that they had no idea when the other employees would be here, so I could either wait or leave. I waited another 25 minutes. Still no one outside of the one employee is here. There has been no attempt at am apology, or trying to make things right. Then I tried calling. Another nightmare! You can't get through to a real person. Just a robot recording that's broken and will put you on hold, acting like its going to connect you to someone, but instead just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. What a sham! Nothing professional about this location today!

  This rating is because you won’t answer the phone. I had my wife stop by there for an oil change and tire rotation, but you do not rotate tires. I would have known that if you answer the phone. The oil change was quick as stated, not unhappy there. I pay what you charge and it includes tire rotation.
