    Absolutely terrible store I placed an order for same day delivery and one the associates marked it as delivered and it hasn’t even been picked up yet. I contacted customer service twice, the store told the what they had done, and then they proceeded to cancel the order on their own accord rather than reschedule the delivery. We paid the extra fee and everything and now missing a day of work because I have a vehicle that I cannot drive without the part. The store never contacted me and just did whatever they want. They didn’t even have a reason with their own customer service. I won’t be giving my business to them or this company; I’ll stick with autozone.

    The dude I had gone up for help was really rude. He acted like he couldn't help or do things and then told another employee, "Go put the battery in for her" and I was like "please." No manners, for his employees or for customers. Wish I would have got my battery else where simply bc he was so rude and useless. I doubt I'll come back to this store again.
