  I hate to leave this review because the first time on 11/02/25 I had an alignment done and they did an amazing job and he price matched a competitor. I called to see is they were still matching prices. I explained that I need a new alignment already because I replaced a new part and Mike Simmons informed me that I could pay “DOUBLE “ the price because it would be more work. No matter what he would not give me any price other than possibly double. I know that is bogus! That was dishonest. Great work my first time but there’s no excuse for being dishonest (imo). I suppose it’s possible if a part is installed incorrectly but I’ve repaired my own vehicles in ever aspect for over 25 years . When he repeated himself I knew he wasn’t being honest.

  Labor rate too high, middle of the day and not a person in the parking lot, no experience , I watched a tire machine whip one guy while the other watched. Lower the labor rate and have oil change specials, tire specials and for god sake get your inspection license. A good manager would use all the school around that store to drum up business from school employees. Pick their cars up while they work, service them or repair them and deliver them back . Easy money !!!!!!! Thank you and have a blessed day

  The guy at the desk that I talk to was very nice, he answered my questions, when ask his amount for an oil change and fix my headlight,, it helped me to make i had enough money to cover it.. they looked at my tires to check to see how much tread have and let me know 2 of them needed to be replaced,, told me not all the way down but should be okay till I get paid again,, I was very happy with letting me know,, I will come next to get 2 new tires from Y'ALL,, for taking extra time and making sure im gonna be safe, means alot, I have grandkids that ride in my car to I want to take care of oil change, tires, etc to make sure they are safe in my car too,, oh yea thank you for changing bulb in my headlight, im glad it was just the bulb, I was hoping it wasn't the whole thing, doing that would have costed more, and not charging me for the bulb, just labor on that THANK YOU I appreciate you for that,, I'll see you next month MARCH 3rd

  I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but since Mr. Tire texted and asked, here it is. Only the facts. Within the past 6–12 months, I paid $100 for them to diagnose an oil leak they never found, and I was not refunded. I brought the car in multiple times for the same issue, and they eventually claimed it was brake fluid leaking. Yes, they said break fluid. This week I brought my car back for repairs—clearly a mistake. When they pulled into the bay, there were no warning lights and the engine was running perfectly. After they replaced a torque mount and an O2 sensor, the check-engine light was on and the car could barely move due to a misfiring coil pack. It was undrivable. I had to limp home with my hazards on. They said it was just a coincidence, offered no real solution, and basically shrugged it off. The car drove into the bay fine and backed out barely running. I’ll skip the part about them initially trying to charge me $200 more than their estimate—though they did tack an $80 oil change onto my bill. Since I was contacted to leave a review, I felt it was only fair to share my experience. I left 2 stars because they sure are nice fellas.
