What really stood out was how thorough and honest she was—no pressure, no upselling, just solid advice about what actually needed attention. It’s rare these days to find someone who is both friendly and truly knowledgeable, but she nailed it. Valvoline needs more employees like this!

Suggested other services based on Carfax reporting. Advised service guy the Carfax wasn't always the most accurate measure of maintenance. One example was he said Carfax showed overdue transmission fluid flush. Pulled the dipstick. Trans fluid bright cherry red and at proper level. They usually have some type of oil price coupon on their website so it pays check. Given my price, I'd recommend this business.
