My previous experience at the valvoline on M.L.K. they told me my oil filter or something was on too tight so they couldn’t change my oil. Brian told me tha was false and confirmed it with the guy under my car. The employees at this location also checked the functionality of my lights which the other valvoline has never done in my years of going there.

I went to 3 other places and their inspectors were off or were away and wouldn't be back for over an hour. Mind you this was at 10:30am. Pulled into the lot and asked if they were doing inspectors today and if they were available. Nichole let me know they would get me taken care of. I thanked her, was told where I could wait and within what felt like no time at all- maybe 5 minutes, no more than 10- the gentleman (I forgot to get his name!) had the inspection done and I was rolling into the attached car wash since I was already there. They were great, professional and fast. Will be coming back for sure when I need something done while in town. I work in New Bern and live in Greenville. Finding someplace close to work is such a blessing!
