She looked at me with a disgusting face without greeting me after entering the facility. Standing there for almost 5 minutes waiting patiently for her to assist me she ignored my presence, never once asking me "can she help me " ! So after waiting awhile I got in my car and left without getting what I came there for.."they don't (ever) have to worry about my servicing me again.. African American

The lady I interacted with was amazingly sweet and helpful. The master mechanic who did the work was great and helpful as well! Definitely going back when I need to!
