After reserving my vehicle several days in advance I got there to pick it up and had to have my mom put it on her credit card because they wouldnt taken debit. I also asked for a midsuze suv because I have a lot of stuff with my kids. They gave me a crossover and I ended up having to leave stuff behind. I will NEVER use enterprise again.
