- POPhil O5 days ago1.02/28/26- Been renting cars at this location for years with no issues at all. Today I show up to pick up a vehicle I had reserved and immediately the guy starts acting suspicious and asking me a lot of questions- why are you renting, where are you going, etc etc surprised he didn’t ask my mothers maiden name! Anyway, I answer all the questions, show him all the documents, insists on seeing insurance info (which is already stored in my account) and finally time to choose the vehicle, he says he can only put me in a freaking red van out of all the vehicles in the lot unless I paid more! By that point I had obviously had enough so I walked out. I don’t intend to use this location any more if this guy works there. Enjoyed working with the other employees there in the past.
