- MMMario MerizaldeDec 11, 20251.0When I went to pick up the car, I had reserved an economy/standard vehicle, but they gave me a seven-passenger van instead. They told me there were no other cars available and that this was the only one they had. Since it was a rental for traveling from one city to another—about a three-hour trip—it used much more gas than I had planned for. I find it very unfair that, even though I booked an economy car in advance, in the end I was practically forced—and really had no other option—to take a larger vehicle that consumed more fuel.
