  Extremely unhelpful. I will always go to advance Auto parts after this. They'll come out and help you. This place couldn't even tell me how to use a recharge kit and I ended up wasting half the can

  I went into the Auto Zone on Neuse Blvd to buy oil for my car. I mentioned to the man at the counter, Ronald Nichols (on his name tag) that my engine light came on yesterday and I was concerned. He politely offered to check it for me. Turns out I needed a new battery for my Mazda. I purchased one and he quickly and efficiently installed it for me, Even though it was very cold, he did a great job, was very polite and when I drove away my check engine light was no longer on! Auto Zone, this man is an excellent employee and when necessary; I will be returning to your store on Neuse Blvd in New Bern! I am a very happy customer! Thank you!

  Alex was especially helpful with me today. I came in to get a friend a battery for her car and he answer all my questions and gave me several options. Once the battery was purchased I told him I was going to come back with my friend to have him put the battery in. Once we got back here we found out that Alex wasn't even here and didn't tell his co-workers. So not so great for Alex. Boo his for him. However, Mr. Ed was the one that took care of us. He actually took care of the battery and replaced it and we are very grateful to him. So yay for Mr. Ed!.
