  I needed to extend my rental and extra day and they could not have been more accommodating. They were super responsive and even gave us a discount on the extra time. Could not recommend them more!

  Honestly it was the customer service. Ryan the Manager bent over backwards to make sure my return was easy even though I was a half hour late. Also Shawn, her customer service skills was awesome. Not just super nice but Honestly very caring and helpful . Just worked her magic to help me rent this truck knowing I had a hard time with a 400 dollar deposit. I am so very thankful for her and a solution for me to shott term park my car. I will definitely be renting again from them. Thank you from a local resident.

  When I went to pick up the car, I had reserved an economy/standard vehicle, but they gave me a seven-passenger van instead. They told me there were no other cars available and that this was the only one they had. Since it was a rental for traveling from one city to another—about a three-hour trip—it used much more gas than I had planned for. I find it very unfair that, even though I booked an economy car in advance, in the end I was practically forced—and really had no other option—to take a larger vehicle that consumed more fuel.

  Car rental work Alamo was easy, convenient, reasonably priced. The car was beyond clean! I'm very satisfied with this car rental experience!! 💙
