  I had an amazing experience at Whistle Express Car Wash! The employees are honestly the best part. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. They went above and beyond to make sure my car looked great and that I was satisfied before I left. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, but this team really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others! I meant to write this review yesterday but I still mean it every time I come.

  The airguns are still hit and miss and which ones work. I still haven't found a clean towel that hasn't been wet or damped to the touch. This leaves streaks when I try to clean my windows. The vacuum hoses need to be addressed as well as there is debris that is caught inside of them preventing them working properly and you don't explain which bays actually have crevice tools. Honestly, for the $54 I spend each month and for the total time I come here it's starting to seem like a very big waste of money.

  Caleb was the best! He pressure washed my floor mats and helped me the greatest! If you ever want any help ask for him, vacuums and everything works great! He’s doing great for his position.

  Going Downhill....... Needed a good wash, told the gentleman I needed a wash that would clean my wheels. I have a bad back, and can not bend over very well to clean them. He suggested the Silver Shine & Tire $18.00 wash.I paid and all he cared about was the money. When I got up to the front on the line, I told the guy spraying the cars about the wheels and he sprayed them with the pressure washer. I get to the vaccum area and the wheels are still filthy, and too long of a line to go back. BUT, I go to vacuum, the hose has a hole in it, with electrical tape (cheap repair) that didn't work, horrible suction, Then the air sprayer ( to get into cracks and cup holders etc..) did not work at all. I was supposed to get the tire shine as I went through the wash... guess what.......apparently not working. The clean micro fiber towels were folded but soaking wet. I went through so many towels because the wash sucked so badly I might as well just washed the car myself, dryed it off and gave someone $20.00 and said thank You.. Customer service is HORRIBLE....and the wash is just as bad
