I own a 23 year old TrailBlazer and a 12 year old Lexus — both in premiere shape. That's why I have 2 memberships, and its a rare month that I don't visit at least 8 times. I know most of the team by sight and some by name — because its just that kind of ftiendly place. Today without knowing, I thick mud splattered on the hood, so as expected I asked for a repeat wash. Ashton volunteered — instead he took less than 10 minutes to clean the whole front and hood of my car. Then he explained how to use their in-house cleaner and that I could buy it online. While I finished pampering my car, Ashton actually stopped by 2x more, to see how it turned out. He even explained to me how to rub out some paint defects and referred me to someone for body work. I've visited this Whistle Express over 100 times since it opened, and they have a great team and management! And this man deserves special thanks for his dedication to the brand and to his customers. When I thanked him for the 3rd time, he responded "if you're gonna have a job, you should care about it — and your customers!" I didn't offer him a tip because I felt that he considered his helping was tip enough. So now, this review is his tip. Ashton is friendly, smart and shows awesome client service, indeed. This man is firing on all cylinders, and I was grateful to tell him that he's going places with his great attitude and empathy for his customers. Thank you, Ashton. Thank you again for spending a little extra friendly time, And good luck in your future.
