    These people will tell you whatever they need to to get you to shut up and walk out of their office. Back and forth for a week and ended up driving my own truck. A restaffing is in order here.

    Customer service was awesome, vehicle was awesome... Ended up having to keep it 8 days instead of 4 ... Just a 🤏 pricey but hey, the longer I rented it the cheaper it got 🤣💸💸💸

    Several times now I have booked online and it always winds up not being able to be put in a car. Then I get the courtesy call from the local branch from an employee in mt airy office and get told I’m on a wait list and they’ll give me a call back. I never received that call and was left in a bind missing work as well as my kids missed there little league game. This is unacceptable.

    It was very nicely done. I had my car repaired and needed to rent one to get around. Very pleasant associates and they made it very easy for me.

    After a 45 phone call with reservations, and a confirmed reservation for a minivan that would fit what we were hauling, we arrived at this Enterprise location to find that not only did they not have the vehicle promised, but they didn’t have any of the other vehicles offered to us by the reservations clerk, nor did they have anything else that was close in size to what was promised. The desk girl at the Enterprise location was completely dismissive and disinterested in the inconvenience caused by her company and made no efforts to offer any assistance or effort to help us solve our problem. I do NOT recommend using this location and would recommend training in customer service for their employees.
