    The Mount Airy, NC office staff were amazing. They answered all questions and concerns. They also asked if there were any questions or concerns with follow up calls. This office is highly recommended. I will definitely be using the Mount Airy, NC office again in the future.

    I tried to rent a car with a debit card with thousands on it. The lady at the desk was so rude when I asked why I'd need a credit card. So I'm stuck in this little town with no way to get around just because I don't have a credit card. She just laughed at me and said it was policy. Ridiculous policy on enterprise and a very rude agent.

    Danasha was the lady who checked me in did fantastic bubbly personality absolutely wonderful personality when it comes to customer service. Thoughtful considerate inquisitive asking questions that would be pertinent to my rental getting me a different car because I didn't have a feature that I liked I couldn't have been happier Period when I checked in The car dropped it off the general manager was there as well both of which have a great personality definitely deserve their positions And I will be back to rent from them again they do a great job and they take care of people in a way that most places don't anymore most places are here get what you need and get out they actually care and take care of their customers which is wonderful to see and keep doing what you're doing excellent job I'll definitely recommend them to anybody I know

    Let me start by saying this is the worst location I’ve ever tried to use. Set it up online to rent a car. My husband goes in they tell him they can’t rent him one because his DL doesn’t have a holographic image on it. So I go inside. She tells me sorry I can’t rent you one because he’s gonna use it. I said yes I’m gonna drive my husband to the car dealership and drop this one off. Needless to say we didn’t get the car. I will never use enterprise again for our business or personal use!!
