  My brother plays Santa Clause for a large venue in Dobbs, he broke down, had to have the vehicle towed to AutoZone. I drove down to fix it, bad alternator. The manager Timothy, really helped us out with accommodating us, we got the part, he loaned us tools and tested the units for us. His staff were amazing, namely Montana. Really appreciate folks who go the extra mile to ensure customers are taken care of. So thanks Timothy and Montana and to the store owner that hired these two pros.

  A middle aged worker sold us a battery that wouldn't work for our car and had to get it jumped off multiple times turns out he didn't check the product before selling it and it had dead cells. Then tried to sell us a $400 battery with attitude so we went to Walmart and they fixed it right away spent $150 now the car runs so smooth. I'd recommend speaking to the younger workers there cause they seem to know more. We returned it and they told us straight up the brand he sold us was no good so I appreciate the honesty from them and would continue shopping their if the other guy was honest but they lost my buisness because of him. I understand they gotta sell the cheaper battery's but if they clearly won't work for the car cause the cold temp isn't enough please don't mention it when you go to sell a battery to the customer. That's how people get stranded with their car not starting cause little things like that

  I was helped by James tonight and he was very helpful and didn't talk down to me or make me feel incompetent which is refreshing. The other times I have been helped by Robbie who treated me less than I should have been treated. Wouldn't recommend getting helped by him if you are a women because he will talk down to you as if you arnt smarted than a kindergartener. The last time he "helped" me (not that I would call it that) he asked questions which no one would need to know and said that policy's that we're in place that actually wasn't true.

  Went there today they was more interested in watching tv than helping anyone back next to battery being loud not helping customers they really need to shut this store down they never have nothing
