  Waiting in the exit line after picking out my vehicle took over 30 minutes, almost as long as my flight from Atlanta, which is simply not excusable and indicates poor management of the location. A “thanks for your patience” or “sorry for the extreme delay” or “here, have a bottle of water” would have gone a long way at the exit booth, but instead there was silence. Thought it was odd that instead of sending a survey, National asked me to leave a Google review, which to me just further indicates that there is no real interest in better management.

  Most amazing team at the Reagan international airport when we dropped the vehicle off. Pick up at Raleigh was very late at night and they had the car waiting and ready to go. The whole experience was great from pick up to drop off.

  Emerald Club Raleigh/Durham Airport --With the exception of the fact that the return attendant took the keys from me as I was headed to retrieve my bags from the trunk, locked them in the car with my luggage and really seemed less than apologetic, my experience was very good.

  Worst National location. Scam you on upgrades. Station Manager Maurice lied and not a man of his word. Promised to remove the extra charges that wasnt supposed to be on there. After 2 days of following up he changed his mind and refused to remove the extra charges for an upgrade that is supposed to be free. Will never rent from this location again! Stay away from them. National usually has the best customer service and always had great service from every other location I have rented from. This location is by far the worst! Would not recommend this location to anyone. I called into the support people at headquarters and they were awesome and fixed this for me. Which the location refused to do. National is great! This location just needs better training and better management

  Horrible experience. I booked a rental for 3 days and went to picked it up 2 hours earlier and they charged me a whole extra day! But when I dropped it off 3 hours earlier they sure didn't give me a day worth of my money back. Not only that. When the agent took me to the car she pointed and she told me I had two options to choose from, Santa Fe and a Equinox and she just walked away. When I go to the cars neither were the models she pointed out!! I was lost for words! I looked around and there was another customer just as lost as me and we bumped into another person who worked there. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO TO A NATIONAL CAR RENTAL EVER AGAIN! I RECOMMEN YOU AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
