  This place is awful. Between the front desk or manager telling you to call them because their website doesn't work or the employee smoking in the bathroom, the screws never returned to my engine air filter and the dang dirty handprints all over my interior. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

  Jacob was incredibly helpful in a time where I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a tire before all the shops closed. I was so stressed and he made sure we got it taken care of promptly and quickly. Beyond thankful for his help!

  Mike was AWESOME! Communicative, easy to work with, and managed to resolve an issue that even my original dealer struggled to resolve. After several poor experiences at another local repair chain (rhymes with Shapel Mill Tire), I think I’ve found my new go-to shop. Thank you to everyone at this location, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  I had visited this department based on a recommendation from another Mr. Tire location. When I had authorized $5,000.00 plus for their suggested work along side with my issues, this particular manager and technician was nowhere near focused when the vehicle was serviced. When it was completed and, after 20 minutes of driving, 4 warning lights came on. When I accessed the vehicle, fluid and oil levels were below their respective ranges. The engine was knocking and the oil leak was still there. A ceiling light cover was broken inside the vehicle, the glove compartment was left open and had items on the floor, trunk cover was dangling out of place and, the circuitry cover under the hood was partially on and, this was my first time visit. I ended up working with the district manager Paul and the local manager Mike after my complaints. I must say, Paul would have to be the model district manager for all respective businesses in this field. I am so, so satisfied with his engagement and truly genuine concern for my vehicle's well being. Also, I cannot judge Mike I guess because the technician stated that the work was done. I did although waited for awhile before completing this feedback so to ensure it was working to my satisfaction. At this time, the car is operating at a peak as if I had just bought it! Paul had went well above and beyond in diagnosing and replacing items that may or may not had been a part of the original services so to make things right. I am absolutely impressed with his great understanding and professionalism throughout the experience. I hope that Monro and Mr. Tire are very much aware of the expertise that "Paul" delivered for this brand. I had not seen or experienced management that presented such top of the line customer satisfaction as he has accomplished in many years. As far as returning to this location, I am not yet sure if they caught on but, for warranty sake, I may consider.
