Fast service but disrespectful (except Mr. Turner). My oil was very low. They lectured me in front of staff and other customers. Not a good place for women to go on their own. They didn’t know the appointment I had at my dealership was canceled due to low staffing. After this we had a family emergency, and I hadn’t the time to get it done until I was off work today. I’m not dumb, just busy.

Shaw was fantastic! Barely had time to park my car before he had me bring my car around. Handled the oil change quicker than I’ve had in the triangle, AND did it by himself while servicing another vehicle. He even found an oil leak for me! Thank you Shaw, will be where I get my oil changed from now on!

I had my car towed here and when I got back into my work after being driven there the manager called me as I sat down in my chair( my car had maybe been at the shop for 3 minutes ) told me the issue my car had and broke down the exact cost of everything. He had the parts ordered and at the shop within 30 minutes and called me and it was ready to be picked up before I even finished work for the day! At a great price too.
He really made a bad day of my car breaking a great and easy experience!!! 10/10 I recommend coming here strongly, great experience and customer service!
Worst customer service, worst attitude. One person doesn't know what the other one is doing and they point the finger at each other, they don't understand that to a customer it is one location...regardless of which individual person takes your information, which person tells you to do something or which person actually works on your car. They need to get their act together. Could not get my cat inspected after 2 visits on 2 separate days, doing what they said I should do, and leaving the car with them for 4 hours. Then they give me attitude because I got frustrated. And they didn't care when I told them I would leave a bad review. Never going back.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this visit was unacceptable. The wait time was excessive, and no one consulted me about the type of oil—I was simply charged for the most expensive option without justification. The total came to $109, which is completely unnecessary for an older car, and included an unexplained $5 fee. Customer service has clearly declined; I wish I had read recent reviews before returning. I will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place. This felt like a complete rip-off.
