I had picked up the car at a different location, and I had made the change to drop it off at Daytona Beach the day before - in the middle of my reservation. I mistakenly called a scam number I found on-line to make the change, so there was naturally a lot of confusion when I arrived. Mish worked with me patiently, listening to what happened and calmly and clearly explaining what she had record of in their system, and how she could help. In the end, she made a stressful situation much less painful for me, and made sure I was charged a reasonable rate my reservation change.
