  Mike is a great person💕 super refreshing to meet an honest mechanic. He immediately let me know the issue with my tires could be solved at the original place I bought them for free! He coulda just took my money and not told me that, but I appreciate his honesty. I will definitely come back here in the future :)

  This was a fast, responsive, courteous place to get my oil changed on a busy Wednesday. There was only one person able to change oil that day, but they were working as efficiently as possible so I was able to leave promptly. Highly recommend! They also walked me through how to claim a rebate as well!

  I brought three different vehicles to this location over a one-month period. Two experiences were excellent, and they recovered nicely on the third. I brought in a 10-year-old vehicle for a state safety and emissions inspection. Although it passed, I received such a thorough, evidence-based report about the car’s maintenance needs that decided to sell it. The second experience was a routine oil change. For the third experience, I made a 5:30 PM reservation online. When they hadn’t yet started the work at 6 PM, I politely left, came back the next day, and breezed right through. They handled that hiccup very well.

  I had an emergency front splash panel failure occur Saturday afternoon while heading to RDU airport. They took care of me immediately and had back on the road within 15 minutes! They even refused to charge me for the repair. Mr Tire Auto Service saved me from hours (or days) of towing, repair, etc. They are The Best!! 6 Stars!
