    This is the best rental car experience I have ever had. Check in and check out was both smooth and fast. Staff were friendly and professional. The car was well maintained and very clean. They obviously have a large fleet of rental car ready to service you as I could see all the cars were parked orderly in their lot. After the recent nightmare in San Juan PR with U-Save rental, Alamo in this location shines delightfully and convincingly as how a model rental car service should be operating and delivering. My child is going to Duke this fall so we will have many trips down to Durham area and I will definitely stick with Alamo.

    The people were very kind and efficient. The shuttle driver was especially so. The only problem was that the windshield fluid reservoir was empty. When I filled it I found that the rear sprayer didn't work at all. This was a definite safety hazard. BTW, the Mitsubishi Mirage is a crappy car.

    I recently rented with Alamo at RDU, as usual their customer service was top notch and the vehicle we rented was ideal for our family trip. I especially need to mention Quan at the RDU Alamo. While our interaction was short, his positive demeanor and knowledge mad it such a pleasant experience. Definitely renting again.

    Alamo at NC Airport very helpful, even gave me an upgrade, not without an issue with my reservation through Costco. As usual got a car with message on dash, need windshield fluid and car due for maintenance soon, never want to drive around with warnings, unsettling!

    Our experience was a good one. Connections with the airport were quick. Our wait for a car was minimal. I have never had a rental company fill my car at the end before, but the cost was very reasonable; so I did it this time. The return at a very early hour was easy and seamless.
