  Very quick service! I was in a hurry running errands and remembered I needed an oil change. The whole process may have took 15 mins but I think it was less. Pulled right in the bay, one tech was on the computer, one tech was at the front of my car, and one underneath doing the dirty work. They commucated with each other during the process and I was out the door. They showed me additional services that I could purchase but wasn't over bearing about them. In my opinion great place to grab a quick oil change when you don't have time to drop a car off or wait. Plus there is always coupons online to reduce the price. Just sit in your car show your phone and they handle the rest.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. Though additional services are recommended. Bring all my vehicles and my families vehicles in for services.

  The speed, quality, pricing, courteousness and precision was above and beyond most, if not all other competitors. I have been a patron/customer of various other competitors within the same field of expertise/business and this was my favorite and best experience so far. I want to personally thank the employees at my local Valvoline Instant Oil change facility and make a statement about their quality of service. They are amazing at what they do and they honestly provided quality service that was quick, simple for me as a customer and while they also maintained a completely professional, courteous and positive countenance and manner during the maintenance/oil change. A very positive experience both times I have been there and I believe I will continue to be a repeat customer.I would also like to add that downloading the app offers even better pricing by giving discounts and other perks to anyone that likes to get a little more for a lot less!

  Super helpful and quick for inspections. It's best to stop at the bay doors and have mechanic come to you. Waiting area small (4 chairs and wheelchair accessible), allows pets, and has a restroom.

  Very awesome experience today getting service done. Lee the manager and his staff are very prompt and professional. Extremely quick service and Lee explained all of my options clearly. Lee does an excellent job at offering extra services that doesn’t feel like an upscale like some other places. I highly recommend valvoline in Morganton North Carolina!
