  I want to thank the young gentleman for helping my dad when he came to get a price on several things. My dad is old school and he said because of the young man being well mannered and so polite is why he actually chose to use this place He had been to another place earlier and wasn’t impressed at all. Not good customer service and lots of profanity being used. So young man thank you for the kindness and thank you for being respectful. Respect and manners will get you a long way in life( my dad’s words) he believes the man’s name Chad or Chase. He said something with a C.

  This is the only place I will take my vehicle from now on. Dropped it off this morning for what I thought were brake issues. Turns out it was something entirely different BUT they were able to get it fixed very quickly. Neely called and let me know what the issues were and the cost before they fixed it which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mavis!!

  Nate and the boys did great I put in half axles on both sides through another mechanic shop that cost $800. Nate talk me through the problem on the phone I got to Mavis within 10 minutes of driving the car in a circle or the parking lot him and his mechanic found the problem it was loose strut bolts Awesome

  We took my husband truck in for a rotation, Nate at the Morganton store wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with. Chase was awesome, really informative and helpful. Would have giving them 2 stars but chase made it a 5 star facility.

  I recently had my struts replaced at Mavis Tire and was blown away by the great service! Not only did they give me a fantastic deal, but they also went above and beyond by providing a ride to and from work while my car was being fixed. Their team was super helpful and made the whole process hassle-free. Highly recommend Mavis Tire for anyone in the area - you'll be in good hands!!! Thanks guy's
