When it wasn’t available they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to call around… find me one.., AND got it to me in 10 minutes or less. I can’t remember the last time I had customer service like this. Shout out to an amazing crew - Blaise and Zach are the best.

I had the pleasure of limping into this business today after work, an hour away from home, my car literally cutting off in the parking lot. It was close to closing but the service guys treated me as if I was their first customer of the day. Zach took the time to thoroughly look over my car in an attempt to fix it. Sadly it wasn't to be and I had to call a tow truck. Before he left, Zach came to my car to make sure I was OK and had someone coming and after he left, I noticed that Lee, the manager quietly had been sitting in his car for almost an hour watching until the tow truck showed up to make sure I was safe. I wish I lived in Morganton so I could give them my forever business, hoping this review will help others decide to give them a try. They truly deserve every good thing that happens to them.
