    The gentleman that waited on me was fantastic ! He explained to me exactly what I needed on my car. He got my tires on on my car in what I thought was record time. Highly recommend!!

    What i thought was going to be a long process wasnt. In a little over an hour, I got four brand new tires and my wheels aligned. The whole process was quick and done very well. I cant thank them enough. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire for this job need!

    I had a flat tire on a holiday weekend. They were recommended by the AAA guy who came out to help (I believe a solid recommendation), knew they’d be open (7 days a week), and let me know they offer an AAA discount for tire repair. Unfortunately, my tire was unrepairable. Not good news, but they walked me through several options and were very nice about it. They checked my tread on my other tires and instead of just selling me a new tire, they rotated a couple of my other tires to limit excess wearing down of some of the remaining older tires (going “above and beyond”). They even gave me a tread tool so I could keep an eye on my most worn tire moving forward (again, going above and beyond).

    I was driving over the Appalachian Mountains to spend Christmas with family and developed a flat tire. I was basically in the middle of nowhere, called the Morganton location to check if they could help me out. Not only did they get me into the shop but also told me not to stress about getting to their location at my slotted time! I was in and out within an hour and back on the road with 2 new tires!!
