    I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for the people at Mavis Tires and Brakes in Morganton,NC. I had an unexpected issue with my brakes today pulling into a shopping center. They not only went above and beyond to help me but put me at ease as well. They are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Thank You Jacqueline and your crew from the bottom of this humbled heart. I will see you again in the future.

    Outstanding service! From out of state, having a hard time finding a specific tire. Bella found it and had it the next morning. Fast, friendly, good pricing, great service! Considerate of our time. Highly recommend!

    Was at Walmart yesterday and decided to give Mavis a try. Went into the shop and talked to Kevin. He quoted me 60 bucks to have my pads changed. I was excited and looking forward to having new brakes for a great deal. Came inside and Kevin and a larger man renigged on me and wouldn't do the job for the agreed upon price. Ended up leaving with a quote of over 800 dollars! Thanks Kevin and mavis. I wont be back.

    I took some time to leave this review (which I typically don't at all) but something about my interaction and that day still don't sit right with me. I work for forest services and travel state to state when needed. I came into mavis in morganton NC for my truck maintenance and was dealing with some little dude named Kevin. The little guy had a jekyyl Hyde attitude and would be eerily nice and then freak out and lose it. I know dealing with authorization isn't easy but I was in this location for about an hour before my truck was even pulled in the bay. He kept coming back and forth for the same information so I went up to the counter to make things easier and to see if the nice lady could help. She was calm and understanding and was trying to instruct him on how to run my wex card if he couldn't figure out whatever he was doing. It seems like she had experience dealing with our accounts before. Anyway when she tried to help little dude he completely lost it. He freaked out and was basically going to do it his way. She went outside im assuming to distance herself from his attitude because little dude was pacing and mumbling cuss words behind the counter, so I went to sit down. I thought of leaving so many times, but my truck needed serviced bad. I hope who ever reads this gets this guy some training on customer service.

    An unavoidable road hazard on the interstate created a bubble in my driver's side front tire this Saturday afternoon. I was over 100 miles from home and all nearby local tire shops were already closed. A quick call to Mavis Tire and they had set me up with an appointment. Arriving as quickly as I could, they already had my tires ready. Neely greeted me with a smile. He was not only professional, but friendly, polite and thorough. Tires were installed, new valve stems, and me out the door 4 minutes before closing. I have no doubt they would have stayed longer if needed.
