Jared was managing the store alone, with the phone ringing and another customer waiting after us, yet he remained kind and professional throughout. He took the time to explain which vehicles were covered under our insurance and which options would require us to pay the difference. We really wanted a van because of our small kids and their car seats, but there weren’t any available at first — so we accepted defeat and went to look at other cars. To our surprise, Jared came out and asked if we could wait a few minutes because there was a van in the back that just needed to be checked and cleaned.Our spirits were instantly lifted! We didn’t mind waiting at all. Jared’s compassion, patience, and genuine care made all the difference after such a stressful situation. Job well done!!

They did not call her back. Mistakes are made. I understand that but no offer to help. Find another location being that we’re driving in a car because I had to leave work to pick my husband up when we plan this a week in advance, so needless to say not very helpful in Morganton, North Carolina
