  Called this morning and asked if they could squeeze me in for a flat repair, they said no problem. Was greeted by the Store manager David immediately. He was friendly and informed me they would get me right in. I was in and out in 15 minutes and back on my way. Thanks David and his team at Family Tire/Mavis Discount Tire for quick reliable service.

  Had a spring/metal get stuck in my tire passing through on the way to the beach. Waited for 10 minutes at that tire and muffler shop in Morehead city for someone to come out and even look at the tire. Decided to call this Family Tire & Auto place & glad I did. They had me in an out in less than 15 minutes with a plug for the tire. Cheaper and faster than going to auto zone for fix a flat kit. Guys inside were moving with a purpose and good personalities which is most important to me. Recommend this place over any ford dealership or anything else in Morehead City for quick oil changes or fixes. 👍

  After attending church on a Sunday morning, we returned to our car to discover a low tire pressure warning and a nail in our tire. Knowing how busy Monday mornings are with trying to get to work, we started brainstorming where to get our tire repaired on a Sunday, and our minds went to Family Tire. We looked it up online to see if it was open on a Sunday and were relieved to not only find it was open but also that we could make an appointment online. Later that afternoon, we arrived a little before our appointment and were greeted by Justin who told us they would get the tire taken care of as soon as possible. Within an hour, the tire had been patched by a nice, friendly young man and Justin had handled our paperwork and sent us on our way. It was a great experience from start to finish and now we don’t have to deal with a tire issue on a Monday morning. We hope unexpected tire issues don’t come our way often, but if they do, we know where to go!

  Great Customer Service! Really looks after their customers. Had a tire with 3 nails in it, luckily didn’t cause any leaks, they made sure to get them all out, and since they didn’t have to perform a repair, they did it for no charge! Friendly folks, looking after their customers.

  truly such an amazing place to get work done on your car. the people that work here are amazing and so kind. they gave me such a great deal on all four tires and alignment. then i came in the next day after running over a screw on the tires i had just got the day prior. they patched it and didn't charge me! truly such kind and trustworthy people. come here, this is definitely where i’ll be going from now on.
