I went online to see where else I could go and their website gave me the opportunity to make appointments. I made the appointment online and then called to confirm but no one answered the phone. I then showed up for the appointment the next morning and was told that the online booking doesn't actually connect to their scheduling program and I was not going to be able to be seen. You would think that Mavis would have a better way of doing things.
