The results of this investigation indicate that the car wash is not responsible for the damage you reported. The Operations team has communicated to you that your claim has been denied, and this decision remains the official position of the company. Anyone else have damage done to your car and been denied? I’ve had a membership since the store opened in 2023. I WILL CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO TOO BEFORE YOU HAVE DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. I’m now replacing my $350.00 Sharkfin that there’s no way it just came off by itself. Thank you Whistle Carwash and Manager Dylan for NEVER following up with my damage claim.
