  It took 1:20 minutes to patch 1 tire that I had made an appointment for. To be clear they were not busy. Truck just set on the lift. I worked at a service center for 7 years. This job should have taken :15 minutes :30 tops.

  I had a great overall experience. I wish they would have offered me an alignment as part of me getting new tires. The guy said he mentioned it and I said no to it but that was not my experience. I thought I was getting one. Now I'm needing to find a time and way to get one and that's not the easiest thing to do. I especially don't like that they didn't offer one since alignment is what caused my tires to wear improperly and caused my flat.

  I recently purchased 4 tires on 02/15/2026. I came in and wanted 4- 255/60/20 the tires on the shops computer listed them at $179.00 each. I asked if he had them and he did. When I came back what was installed was a lot bigger but since I didn’t have the truck with me I asked if he was sure if they would fit and was assured they would. So I paid without thinking and left. The tires won’t allow me to turn and are definitely to big. Also my bill was over $1400 for a set that should have only costed at most $1000. I also took my old tires with me. I guess I’ve got to buy another set again and I’m out the $1400 that I just spent. I felt like I was taken advantage of since I needed tires to make it to work the next day and was in a hurry. Buying tires shouldn’t be so stressful.

  Phil and the team at Mr. Tire were amazing in getting me new tires at an affordable price and an even faster service! I’m highly impressed with the level of professionalism and commitment these gentleman have and I will definitely be returning again soon.

  You changed my wife $51 to plug a tire. That is outrageous. I believe that you took advantage of her because she is a woman. That is disgraceful. But, that won't happen again. That was our first and last trip to a mr. tire
